I started this blog after financial difficulties forced me to give up some of my more expensive hygiene and beauty habits in favor of more economical choices. In fact, since about September 2010, I've been able to afford only the very cheapest products. I've experimented with a lot of different products in that time and come up with some solutions that work for me while costing very little.
